I wanted to read this book and give it to a relative of mine that suffers. The book was truly enlightening for me and HONESTLY, offered help to the relative.
Peterson is very forthcoming about incidents and feelings that most of us would not want to share. She really does want to help others and I believe this is part of her success with the topic.
It's not a "fun" read, of course. But I highly recommend it if you know someone who you are trying to understand that is suffering. (Or, of course, if you are having panic attacks yourself.)
Thank you to Peterson for sharing her story.
